VV National currently ships orders within India. This page explains how orders are prepared, dispatched, tracked and delivered.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to serviceable locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order processing
Confirmed orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, high-volume periods or where additional order verification is required.
Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 5–7 business days, depending on the destination, courier network and local service availability.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges vary based on the product size, shipment weight and delivery location. The applicable charge is communicated during checkout or order processing before dispatch.
Tracking your order
Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is shared through the contact details provided with the order, such as email, WhatsApp or SMS where available.
Delivery address
- Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and mobile number.
- If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as early as possible.
- Address changes may not be possible after the shipment has been handed to the courier.
Delayed, damaged or missing shipments
If a shipment is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be missing, contact our team promptly with your order details. We will coordinate with the courier and guide you through the next steps.
